How We Review Apps

Every guide on DLTutu is built the same way, so you know what our recommendations are worth.

1. We start from real demand

We write guides around the apps and questions people actually search for, then research each app from its official listing, its own documentation and hands-on familiarity — not from a single press release.

2. We compare on things that matter

For alternatives and round-ups we weigh core features, platform availability (iOS, Android, web, desktop), the free vs paid split, privacy, and who each app genuinely suits. Every pick gets honest drawbacks, not just highlights.

3. We don't invent numbers

Prices, user counts and ratings change constantly, so we describe pricing in general terms (free, freemium, paid) and link you to the official store listing for the current figure, rather than quoting one that may already be out of date.

4. Official sources, always

Download links point to the Apple App Store, Google Play or the developer's own website. We never link to third-party installers and never cover cracked, "modded" or pirated apps.

5. We keep guides current

Apps change. Guides carry a last-updated date and are revised when features, pricing structures or the best alternatives shift.
